Product management and project management are two distinct roles that are often confused with one another. While there are some overlaps in their responsibilities, there are also key differences between the two roles.

Project management, on the other hand, is focused on the planning, execution, and delivery of a specific project. This includes developing a project plan, managing resources, tracking progress, and ensuring that the project is completed within scope, on schedule, and within budget.
